🔥 Step 1: Warm-Up (5–10 Minutes)

Always warm up before lifting weights to prevent injury and improve performance.

  • Jumping Jacks – 1 minute

  • Arm Circles – 30 seconds forward & backward

  • Light Cardio – 3–5 minutes


💪 Step 2: Full-Body Strength Workout
